    • bonus refund: If a technical issue or game error prevented you from completing a game round and you were using bonus funds, we will refund the bonus funds used on that round.
  3. Refund Limits: The maximum amount that we will refund is €/$100 or the equivalent in your currency. If the refund amount exceeds €/$100, we reserve the right to divide the payment into multiple transactions.
  4. Processing Time: We strive to process refund requests as quickly as possible. However, the processing time may vary depending on the payment method and other factors. The estimated processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days.
  5. Fraud and Security: We take fraud and security very seriously and may require additional documentation or information to verify your identity or payment method. We reserve the right to withhold any refund request until we are satisfied that our security requirements have been met.
  6. Right to Deny: We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or breach of our terms and conditions.
